We welcome inquiries from people with Social Security, veterans benefits, employment, or other verifiable income. Each inquiry starts with a conversation about your needs and the housing options available.

Where are the homes, and are rooms available?
Locations and current openings will be confirmed directly. A website inquiry does not mean a room is available or held for you.
How much does it cost?
Room rates, deposits, any screening fees, and included expenses depend on the property. Request a complete written cost breakdown before paying.
Can I apply if I receive benefits?
You can express interest if you receive Social Security, veterans benefits, or other verifiable income. The next step is to review the housing costs and application requirements.
What happens after I express interest?
KLS will review your preferences and discuss possible options, then explain any screening and documentation requirements. Use the form to send your inquiry directly, or email tkindred@klspaces.com.
Can someone help me inquire?
Yes. A family member, support person, or referral partner can help you prepare an inquiry with your permission. They should avoid sharing sensitive documents through this form.
How will my information be used?
When you submit, FormSubmit processes the information and forwards it to tkindred@klspaces.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. KLS uses inquiries to respond and discuss housing options. Please omit sensitive documents and financial or medical details.
